SALES MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Hires, trains, and oversees store staff in retail stores/kiosks. Responsible for creating staff work schedules and high levels of employee motivation to reach individual and company goals. Demonstrates exceptional levels of leadership in all areas of the business. Accountable for opening, closing, and operating the store/kiosk, including cash handling procedures and deposits. Maintains excellent store/kiosk appearance. Responsible for duties including sales, customer service, and inventory control. Must be able to recognize and communicate areas of improvement concerning store functions. Responsible for reviewing daily sales paperwork according to company standards. 

QUALIFICATIONS

    * A Sales Manager should possess at least a high school diploma or state equivalent with 1-3 years of strong retail experience. Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred. Must have the ability to work in a team environment. Looking for a person with strong communication skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems and think outside the box. Must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends. Knowledge of wireless communications preferred.

SALARY/BENEFITS

    * Position pays up to $40,000 a year with base salary, performance bonus, and commission.
Medical/Dental Insurance available.

 

 



SALES EXECUTIVES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Demonstrates and sells wireless service, equipment, and accessories. Meets company and individual performance goals. Accountable for opening, closing, and operating the store/kiosk, including cash handling, completing paperwork, and deposits. Responsible for analyzing customer needs and creating a positive wireless experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

    * Candidates must possess a high school diploma or state equivalent and previous sales experience. Looking for goal-oriented, outgoing, organized, and customer service-minded individuals. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision. 

SALARY/BENEFITS

    * Full-time positions pays up to $30,000 a year with base salary, performance bonus, and commission. Medical/Dental Insurance available.

Go Wireless has over 40 locations in the Midwest, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Maine. Willingness to relocate is helpful, but not necessary. Excellent opportunity for recent college graduates!
